TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders, sales, and deliveries of products produced and/or marketed by the Company solely as a distributor through catalogs, offers, advertisements, and quotes via electronic commerce, distance selling, or orally.
The general conditions apply to both individuals and companies or organizations/associations.
All orders imply the full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The customer's own general purchasing conditions are irrelevant for the interpretation and application of this contract.
DELIVERY
The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
Delivery will be carried out by express courier.
If there is no one to receive it, the courier will attempt delivery for two more days, then notify us of the unsuccessful delivery and request instructions.
In this case, we will contact you to make arrangements.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and the chosen carrier.
Generally, the couriers we use deliver the goods within one or two days of shipment.
At the time of shipment, the details to monitor the delivery process will be communicated via email.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs in Italy are free and are borne by the recipient for foreign countries and will be charged together with the order.
No amount should be paid at the time of delivery by the express courier.
PACKAGING
The packaging used includes cardboard boxes or plastic wraps and may vary for different types of materials.
Upon delivery, the Customer must verify the integrity of the package, ensuring it is not damaged, wet, or unsealed.
In case of non-compliance between what was ordered and what was delivered, according to the characteristics described above, the Customer must immediately notify the Customer Service.
WARRANTIES AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The purchased products are subject to the regulations, as applicable, of Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (Official Gazette no. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, as far as not contemplated therein, to the specific provisions provided for by the Civil Code.
The warranty applies to the product that presents conformity defects and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase.
The warranty will be valid provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use, and is intact.
A necessary condition for the validity of the warranty is the integrity of the product.
The warranty is personal and applies only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for traders, resellers, etc.
All personalized products cannot be exchanged except for a defect in the product resulting from our production.
There is no warranty regarding the production and delivery timing that may undergo variations based on the flow of orders received; no complaints, refunds, or replacements can be made in case of delayed delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the specific return forms included with your order or by notifying us of your decision to return the products to our email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
The products must be returned without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract with Lassi.
Ensure that the returned products are complete (e.g., returning both items of a pair) and have not been tampered with. In case you wish to return a product, please only use it to check its fit and size, avoiding wearing or washing it. If your failure to observe these instructions results in a reduction in the value of the product, we may hold you responsible for such a reduction in value.
To simplify the return process, you will find the pre-paid withdrawal form inside the order package.
